The temple is located on the banks of the sacred Pravala River, 115 km from Shirdi.

Later Dixit bequeathed the building to the Shri Sai Baba Sansathan. The building once belonged to a devout worshipper called Lawyer HariSitaram Dixit.

Dixit Wada Museum:This small museum showcases the lifetime of Sai Baba through dated black and white photographs, his personal artefacts like clothes, shoes, his gramophone records and cooking utensils, etc.

An octagonal deep griha called Nanda Deep was built in marble to commemorate the site.

Sai She Baba, under the neem tree he dug a hole 60 cm deep and lit a deep (earthen lamp) in the hole. Baba came here every morning and afternoon to rest under the neem tree.

It got its name from the Nala (drainage channel) that once flowed there. The Rendi Baug was made by Baba himself and was watered daily. Lendi Baug:A short distance from Gurstan there is Rendyhis Baug.Marsapati is thus responsible for Baba's name, and Baba's. The monk Marsapati saw Fakir and shouted 'Yasai!', which means 'Welcome Sai!' Sai means 'saint' and Baba means 'father'. Khandoba Mandir:Khandoba Mandir is famous because Baba stopped here when he entered Shirdi for Chand Bai Patil's wedding reception and it is also where Baba acquired his name as Sai Baba.
